in Credit cards
There is a fatal technical error with the website for applying for their card. If they want customers, then rather than giving away wine they ought to make it possible for people to apply.
I use Google Chrome, and found it impossible to move beyond the first page of the application form. What a waste of time! If this shower of Daily Mail morons can't get such a simple thing right, what hope is there that they will be able to operate a credit card service?

What do you do when you get home after a night on the lash and your front door key isn't the first one you try in the lock, sleep on the doorstep? Try again with IE, Safari, Firefox or Opera...

I'm curious, as it's you who can't seem to manage to use a quite simple website, how do you get to thinking that it's Virgin who are the morons?
Did you come out of your exams at school saying "They set questions that I didn't know the answer to, the morons!"?0 -

Perhaps you would prefer The Sun morons to do it, then you could spend time trying to fill in the application with crayons.Thankyou Sir Alex for 26 years0 -

Since I have successfully applied on-line for numerous financial products in the past, it is unlikely that my form-filling skills are the problem. It is of course possible that my security prevents the website from opening a necessary pop-up or setting a cookie.
As for exams: I did on occasion correct errors in the questions, and thus scored higher marks than would have been possible had I simply accepted the exam paper as invariant.0 -
I would have to agree with the majority on here - if it is not working on one browser, try a different one - and also check your settings - it may be (and probably will be) an issue with your setup0
