Actually yes, luggage is a consideration. It's currently about 20 steps down into Victoria tube station ticket hall, then escalators to the platforms.
At Euston it's escalators from tube platforms to the national rail concourse.0 -
Silly question, have you considered Chichester to Southampton, then the cross country service to Manchester?
At most you will only have to change platforms at Southampton and not get across London.0
