Hi Need Help Please

Hi everyone, im new to forums, so please bear with me if im in the wrong place or do anything wrong
....But i thought this was the best place to go for some advice. I have written to my bank Lloyds to claim back on PPI wish i believe was missold to me back in 1999. I received a PPI refund for 3 loans dating from 1999 to 2003 ( i keep my bank statements so luckly have all the reference numbers for the loans and credet card But they have now turned down my credit card PPI refund twice, claiming it was not missold. the original rejection letter just stated the usual bog standard rejection. and as i had a few personal problems I left a reply until last month ( initally i applied in Novemeber) In january i recieved a PPI statement (which i had never received before ) and on this statement it stated that my occupation was 'homemaker' (therefore PPI would not have been applicable). I then phoned the Lloyds PPI hotline start of July and was told i needed to write and included Statement which i did. I used the 'Rejection letter' template from this site and added that i didnt want or need PPI didnt remember signing anything or having anything explained to me. I recieved a letter last week turning me down again, stating that they believe i was not missold even with the evidence provided and that i cannot go to the ombudsman now as my initial rejection letter was over 6 months ago ( after looking into this i think they are right). I dont want to give up on this as i feel i am intitled to a refund, but im starting to get a bit stressed and dont know really what to do next . Any help on this would be very greatly recieved ...Thanks Muchly x:rotfl:

Send it to the FOS anyway and ask them consider it as the initial rejection by Lloyds was before they were fined for incorrectly rejecting complaints.
