In my experience I find Nationwide the easiest for getting any form of credit. That said my credit standing is gilt edged.0

The offers show on logging into Internet banking appear as a message on logging in, I've been pre-approved a competitive rate loan and a credit card at 0% also have a £2,500 0% OD which currently I'm stoozing in Lloyds. :-)0
