Fermi - Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately, I have no more faith that Vodafone will address the problem this time round than they did originally so there is probably little point. Their handling of this case from day one has been nothing short of appalling. TBH it was the principle rather than any effect on my credit history that was driving me to seek to have the record put right. An apology might have been nice too! (It is the only blot on my record, is getting old now and was for a relatively small amount) I think I'll just draw a line under it and forget about it as each time I re-visit it I just get frustrated and life's too short ;)

If you email eforum.web@help.vodafone.co.uk then you at first get an autoresponse with a reference number, which is what say you are lacking here? Then a follow up within 48hrs from an advisor (hopefully).

That was why I suggested that.

    Hi MEM62,

Thanks for returning to the thread.

As we have no emails outstanding from 29 August and as you're yet to receive a reply it would appear that we haven't received it.

As such, could you email us again with a contact number only via the email address posted by fermi? To make sure it reaches us please also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line?

    Kind regards,

    Lee
