I did a scan shop the other day, a lovely lady was really helpful getting me going and helping through the till. I messed up as I had not scanned my Freddo, hand slapped. The lady was even lovelier when she scanned my PP twice, I raised that it had under charged me, she said it was okay, smiled and walked off. I officially like this lady!
