Just wanted to say a huge thank you for the info regarding the BNI . was going to collect 2 wine orders from click and collect, 1 on my new a/c and 1 for my hubby's new a/c
Thought I would try my luck with the BNI deal. Anyway I eventually spotted 2 cheese pizzas, however after nearly getting on my knees to see at the back of the shelf I was delighted to see another 6 pizzas right at the back. I then split the shop in 2 and proceeded round the store with my little girls letting them choose the.cheapest sweets we cold find to make up the 10 items. I was more than pleased when my £10pp came out of the till for each shop.
Please Mr T can we have a glitch in so,e healthy food, as this is not helping our diet!!

The email that it sends automatically when you submit, or the email from Paypal saying you have been paid please? Recently?

All this talk of taking advantage of the offers on MSL. If for example Crisps are there each time you open the app, then I have been working on the basis you are allowed to claim (as they have highlighted on their Facebook - some items are once per shop, but you can shop again either in that store or elsewhere, they have not said it has to be next day so far as I am aware therefore two shops immediately after each other is still fair use). They have also clarified that it is £45 per user (not per household) and each user is defined by email/Paypal account.

If the item disappears after you claim (like the 100% back on Coke Zero) then clearly you can't claim again as you have hit your limit. They define whether you can have more than one item per shop (like the crisps is currently 4 items but then after claiming was available again).

So long as you are keeping in this, then I cannot see how it is abusing the offer (even if you got lots of the same item or you and your other half got the same offers)?

    Many thanks

Have they said what their problem is exactly? There are several ways the system could have been abused. I don't think people buying the same item in separate shops is the problem
