Thought it was just me having problems with msl. So many others seem to be getting regular payouts. I've not seen a penny since 19th lol. Now ive had an email from them asking for every receipt to be sent again. Some already sent twice x
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

Hi Fc, hope you don't mind me asking but has your DS ever tried using an occupational therapy button hook? I worked for a few years with children with Cerebral Palsy who found things like button fastening extremely difficult. They work on the same principal as a needle threading hook but much sturdier. Don't know if anything like that might help? Just a thought:)

No, I have never come across these. He has had alot of OT input over the years, although not so much now. They have provided us with various things like caring cutlery, various items to help him gain some independence in the kitchen and other bits and pieces.
They were aware of his dressing difficulties because they helped me together a visual dressing chart, which he still uses (he used to get the order of the clothes wrong, or forget items, put them on back to front etc)
This is certainly something I will ask about because any help he can get is welcome! New school will be stressful enough without small stuff like buttons causing more stress :)

Aww I love the people on this thread!!!! Theres always someone who knows something you don't, or has a solution to your problems that you haven't thought about. :A:A:A
