  • can anybody offer a bit of advice please...... MSL are saying after 2nd attempt that receipts are not clear....... this is a load of rubbish as I emailed them to myself first and they are as clear as day....

I am taking them with the I-Phone camera....... Anybody got any pears of wisdom?

    Thanks in advance

I had this yesterday. I did exactly the same as you email myself the photo to check then forwarded to them.

I am having so many issues with the Android APP and it always crashes now when trying to upload photos. I have just given up :( and email now.

DS luckily has an iphone, so I have created another account in DH's name and so far (touch wood) no problem accepting the photos.

How do live chat msl please. So fed up with them. Tia x

    Pah! Live chat!!!

I tried contacting them 3 days ago via "live chat" and they have only just emailed me back about half an hour ago asking what my problem was....
i am beginning to think that this msl lark is as much use as quidco was in the beginning.
