I found with CAMHS that they very much want you to tell them what it is you need, if that makes sense? So don't be afraid to speak up and tell them what it is you need/want.

DD2 has gone to Nottingham with her BF to collect their keys to their brand new pad. Been able to help out with a few bits and pieces;)
Thinking about changing the rooms/bedrooms about, do we all think like this when in my case the last one has flown the nest allbeit temporarily, they will be home weekends no doubt with her washing:)
