If you're ever passing Weatherfield, come up for a cuppa and I'll give yer a crate. Nobody should be without Jaffa Cakes in this day and age.

afraid my cycle wont get me that far due to motorways and fly-overs etc ;)

    A Question?
Had my delivery last night (done for the coffee). They only had 2 x 275gm pouches so replaced 4 of them (1100gm) with 7 pouches of 150gm (1050gm) They did me out of 50gms of coffee!

Also the delivery driver was an hour (to the minute) late.

Do I complain? If I do what is likely to happen?

Bear in mind that on a £52 shop, I used a £10 off 1st order, got a price promise of £16.55 also a cashback of £7.28 so it just cost me just £18 + the £5 del charge for a month - which hopefully will be refunded by MSM.

Wondering whether to complain OR do another shop quickly?

If delivery is late then you are entitled to your delivery fee back. Also if an item is oos they are meant to substitute in your favour.

  • I've thought about doing another shop for coffee BUT just realised that the freezer has a large weight on it (to hold the top closed) The fridge is bursting at the seams and we already have about 4kg of instant coffee and FAR more than that in ground coffee & coffee beans! - We do drink A LOT of coffee!

The Cashbacks at the moment don't really excite me. I have no room for any more glitches so am trying REALLY hard NOT to make an order.

    It's SO hard - I need counselling I think! :)
