    A Question?
    Had my delivery last night (done for the coffee). They only had 2 x 275gm pouches so replaced 4 of them (1100gm) with 7 pouches of 150gm (1050gm) They did me out of 50gms of coffee!

    Also the delivery driver was an hour (to the minute) late.

    Do I complain? If I do what is likely to happen?

    Bear in mind that on a £52 shop, I used a £10 off 1st order, got a price promise of £16.55 also a cashback of £7.28 so it just cost me just £18 + the £5 del charge for a month - which hopefully will be refunded by MSM.

    Wondering whether to complain OR do another shop quickly?

    Yes my only salvation is kids aren't in until Wednesday:p;) I have a bell on every tooth in and out of the classroom, they'll be deaf by Xmas :D
