Been a little while since I've visited Blackpool. Used to go October half term with Mum and Dad as a child. Took DH for a long weekend about 7 years ago but it was February and freezing. The first shop we went in we bought hats, gloves and scarves :rotfl:

I really enjoyed my two hols Blackpool, I love the lights, the shows, the tower and tower ballroom, most of all I love the tackiness.:D

Went the first time with my mum when I was 16/17 and it was a scream, we had a blast.

Is anyone else having problems getting MSL to open - I am trying to load my shopping lists from the menu page so I can then upload my receipt but the pages just wont open :mad:

Anyway in the meantime this is my very random list minus fillers and NA items

I've not spent so much money in Tosco for ages - one tomato is 19p and 6 grapes 31p :eek:, very few MOCs but I did get a TPP to start off the next shop.
I cant settle until Ive got the receipt uploaded and I can work out what the MSL will be
The NESCAFE AZERA CAPPUCCINO 96G is on the Topcash cashback list and I could not see it first because its in a big oval box rather than the little oblong one I expected.

Logie congrats on your forthcoming break. Might be a help, a while back tiger posted a link to a holiday cottage company. I did have a look and some very reasonably priced places. Might be worth asking her to repost.

Great idea, quite fancy a nice little cottage. We were spoilt last year and got a week in a stunning lodge with a hot tub for £450. We went early October last year though so the prices are much higher for September and there is less availability. I think maybe this won't be a very MSE trip - more like one of those things you can splurge on by being MSE the rest of the time. Think we deserve it

Might have to split the list into 2 lots to keep the APGs under a tenner
