I want to do the cheap beer/JC/Emmi list on 10ways using the myl
or whatever it is, but not sure how to claim cashback?
I read the 1st page on how to do it, but don't understand and wonder if it's for mobiles I don't have the app. So I make the shopping list on mysupermarket, I have set up the paypal bit, now what?
I go buy the stuff and just send an email???

Hopefully this constant exhaustion will end before too long. I got a phone call yesterday with an appointment to see the hand surgeon about my carpal tunnel in October. If I can get them sorted I won't be waking every night with numb hands which should really help.
