I've had some success by leaving a message on their facebook page. I write out my problem in word and then copy and paste it onto their wall. I got a response within a few hours and then someone from the store rang me a few hours later.
I had 2 problems yesterday, one cat food related but now sorted out. and one MOC related, same problem as I had 3 weeks ago, no response to this so I need to re write it
What drives me mad is that they are so inconsistent. They stopped taking them a few weeks ago, then they started taking them last week now they've stopped again. Even the staff are getting fed up, they don't know if they're coming or going.0 -
