I've had some success by leaving a message on their facebook page. I write out my problem in word and then copy and paste it onto their wall. I got a response within a few hours and then someone from the store rang me a few hours later.
I had 2 problems yesterday, one cat food related but now sorted out. and one MOC related, same problem as I had 3 weeks ago, no response to this so I need to re write it

What drives me mad is that they are so inconsistent. They stopped taking them a few weeks ago, then they started taking them last week now they've stopped again. Even the staff are getting fed up, they don't know if they're coming or going.

DD managed to womble 2 receipts and one of them came in at £1.80 so not a bad evening shopping :D
