No error mentioned, just said they would see what they could do.... held line, then they came back and said they would remove the catered option. Presume will still be same halls, which is fine. Awaiting new email now confirming this, but think it will go through ok.

    Huge relief all round!

So pleased for you midwinter :T:T

Has anyone got an e mail address for Morries customer services please. My local is refusing all internet coupons again. I spent about £15 and only had 1 internet voucher for a pk of J20. It even says Morries on the voucher.
How people manage to get £80 shops down to a couple of quid by using coupons is beyond me. it wouldn't happen where I live. You get interrogated if you use one.

Hi there...yes I did get an email - two separate ones for the two receipts I sent over.

Yes the items are still showing on there - there are a couple I have already bought (eg. gastro fish and Jaffa cakes) and they are still there...so will be getting more tomorrow!

Please can i ask do the cashbacks show as pending on your PayPal account until you get your confirmation email ? And does it tell you what cashback you got for what?
I am quite tempted to do a similar shop again tomorrow with 2litres of coke as well.

I've had some success by leaving a message on their facebook page. I write out my problem in word and then copy and paste it onto their wall. I got a response within a few hours and then someone from the store rang me a few hours later.
I had 2 problems yesterday, one cat food related but now sorted out. and one MOC related, same problem as I had 3 weeks ago, no response to this so I need to re write it
