With the try me free/money back guarantee on products such as Persil, are you expected to "make something up" as to why it didn't meet your expectations (or be honest if it hasn't ... though I am planning to buy and claim back no matter what the experience!) or are they fully expecting most to just apply to get their money back (but as you have tried it you may be more likely to use in future)?

Here's the T&Cs
http://www.persil.co.uk/guarantee/
Note nr 3, valid on BIO only (not colour or non-bio)
also note nr 4. If you do not experience better stain removal than your old Persil Small & Mighty product with washboosters, you are entitled to claim the cost of your Product back, up to the maximum value of £13.00 in the UK or €14.59 in ROI.
so I'm guessing don't say something like ''oh it's not as good as daz''
I will be stating that it has inferior stain removal in comparison with my old Persil Small and Mighty product - I have no idea as yet what that old product may have been , I shall rely on google to give me a clue :rotfl:0 -
