yahoo mail very slow to open

Can anyone tell me if there is a problem with yahoo mail as all other web pages open fine but this one is as slow as hell as been for ages. Yahoo opens fine it is just the mail i do get in but i have to syop the loading and restart all the time, also where can you go within the Yahoo site for help i have been to the help options but ther is nothing there about the problem i have.

    My Yahoo has been opening fast as normal. Maybe it's a traffic problem with your ISP?
