Cancel phone insurance

I really wasnt sure where to put this post, but seeing as this is the only forum I look at regularly and you all seem to be such good advice givers, I thought I would ask here.

I just bought a phone and when I bought the phone I HAD to get it with insurance, 3 months free then you have to pay. Now I dont want the insurance and you can cancel but they dont make it easy.

It states:
Cancellation
1. If, when you receive this policy, you decide not to proceed for any reason, and we receive a request within 3 months, we will cancel the policy from the start date. You will not have to pay any fees. Please write to: Allianz Schemes, 6 Vale Avenue, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1EH. This 3-month period includes the statutory 14 day cancellation period.

Now what should be in the content of this letter (i know loosely), but how should I set it out.

I dont want to be sending my credit card details out in the post asking them to cancel.

So basically how do I ask them to cancel my account.

Thanks in advance

I have just cancelled within the 3 months. I rang up Allianz and cancelled then I went straight to my bank and cancelled with them. I found it straight forward over the telephone.
