They are renowned for being difficult to contact individuals within the organisation directly. What do you want to contact them about? Who in the organisation are you trying to reach?

Nope still no good, maybe I should of said for Gmail, or just a number for within the organisation, may I should use directory enquiries with gaming_guys info.

I think actually speaking to someone should be a lot more productive for you. Someone I know trying to get something removed from their index got it done in minutes I think whereas trying for months online with their contact system got them nowhere. They only seem to skim any submitted messages (if there are any humans responding and not bots of course) and send back standard replies and they also seem to treat you like an idiot."She is quite the oddball.
