The Op needs to see someone higher up in the bank and maybe they will understand that it is not really two different businesses
This is it.
More than anything, it needs to come down to common sense, of which the bank seem to be missing.

At a guess, trading names? Legally there is only you irrespective of how many names you use or the variety of services you may offer under one or more names.
Looking at the paper versions (of which the online version is exactly the same) I see the paper version for 2009 has the exact same wording as pooch gave for 2011.
The 2007 version was entirely different, including the layout
(I can't lay my hands on the 2008 version at present, so not sure what layout & wording that used)
So it appears you haven't submitted a tax return for many years. When was online submissions first enabled?0
