Thanks, but is there an SD recorder or must I splash out on an HD version? Also, what's a twin LNB and will I need any additional installation to my standard sky dish??0

No SD recorder there is only one HD recorder at mo and its hard to get at mo
A LNB sits on the end of the satelitte dish to convert the signal basically so that your box and read. You need a twin in order to get the maximum benefit of a Humax Freesat PVR
They are cheap aboout £10 - £15 for a quad on ebay you alos need two lots of satelitte cable. For the lost it costs me £18 on ebay plus postage
HD is great on freesat I am just watching right now, Tue lies on ITV HD at 1080i (you press red button on itv to get HD version) not all programs support HD
I bought the quad/cable for £18 okus £40 for a local fitter so it doesnt costs that much0
