If she wants a PC why not buy her one and not an iPad style toy?

Yes you can print from an iPad.

In essence the printer needs to be 'Air Print' compatible and here is a list of compatible printers showing on the Apple Store. If there is one that you like the look of then I would suggest doing a search for the model online and see if you can get a better deal - these are generally available so you don't have to purchase from Apple.

Note that I am assuming you are looking to purchase a new printer for the iPad and do not have one already - If you do have a wireless printer already then post the model of it.
and will the coupon printing software work on the iPad if no will it work on a android.
Which coupon printing software do you mean - is it an installable application or just on a web page? Let us know which one and we can advise

    Hope this helps

Should work on ipad, would it not be better to find out what your wife needs a pc for other than coupon printing before deciding, unless you have asked.

As for ipad not being a pc is debatable in this day and age.

while thats technically true, many people use PC to mean something else.

Afterall, if your talking PC games, then you dont usually inclue iPads

but as your wife asked for a PC, why dont you just buy her a calculator?

by your defination, everything you own thats electronic would be a PC.
i personally wouldn't class my Blu-Ray player as being a PC, but by your definition it is
  • I have an iPad but still use my laptop. I've not got round to buying a wifi printer so i've not used it for printing yet.

There are some things you cant do with an iPad if you like playing bingo some sites wont work. Also games on FB don't always work. I mainly use the iPad as it's light and small, very quick. You could still use the pc as a backup for stuff you cant do with an iPad even if it's for printing coupons.
