virgin balance transfer card........not heard back

hi,
after reading about the virgin transfer card on MSE, I completed the pre-assessment and it said i had a strong chance of success. so I applied for one last Friday and haven't heard anything back, not even an acknowledgement email.
has any one else heard back from them??

Yes, lots of people have. But that won't particularly help you. Give them a call and see what stage the application is at.0
