Very proud of me yes, I can afford my children thank you in fact tomorrow where off on holiday for a week.
I had no issue paying 20% of my wage, granted I did begrudge paying for a child I have never seen but 40% was just too much.
She has spent 18 years trying to screw me because she couldn't accept that she was only my plaything when we where together and only had the child because she thought I would stay with her hahaha.
Now I have beaten her at her own game my friends and family are very happy thankyou, she could of accepted the payment I offered but no she wanted more and now gets nowt...............result!!!!
A few holes in your story you might like to clear up?
20% is for 2 children, yet you say 'a child you didn't see' so how many kids is it?
Cntact and CM are not linked. Wy didn't you take action to establish a meaningful relationship with your flesh and blood?
Your plaything? I can only assume that you took the initiative to wear a condom to stop a 'accident' happening?
18 years trying to screw you over? I think you mean 18 years trying to ensure that the father of her child/children (I'm unclear on how many) contributed financially to him/her/them.
And 18 years? CM wouldn't be in force now? Or do you owe arrears still? Which, FYI, wont go away. Ever. Even if you die, your estate will pay them.
If you dont claim tax credits etc then you must be earning a fairly decent salary, so if CM is still in force, why does your child get nowt? Fiddle the books? If CM isn't in force then why are you not paying off your arrears (if arrears are still due).0 -
Im not bitter, the NRP in my case altho had a shaky start, never misses a payment and pays a very fair and genuous amount.
As my previous post said, your arrears WILL have to be paid, espeecially if your child is now a adult and the arrears are due to the SOS, which if your ex claimed benefits then they will be.
I assume for you to register after so long on a forum such as this, that some kind of action is being instigated against you. I only hope you get screwed for every single penny.0 -
and those arrears they can't get 'cos you're self employed? the CSA owns half of my ex's house! Amusingly, he gave the other half to a now ex girlfriend so sooner or later she'll come knocking for her money...and he'll lose his home. Ask him then if it was worth it, perhaps?0

sadly I suspect a lot of people (both male and female) successfully 'hide' these attitudes but hold onto them and hold them very, very strongly. You only have to look at these boards to realise that there must be hundreds...thousands....behaving in exactly this way...all people anyone with half a brain would never have got involved with had it been so openly spouted. I know I managed 12 years with my ex husband and I didn't have a clue he could behave the way he has. I know I didn't spend 12 years with my eyes and ears closed so I can only assume he successfully hid it all in my company. Hindsight and all that....0 -

Under Universal Credit; there will be no more of "I'm self employed, work 24/30 hours per week but only earn a fiver" as you will be classed as earning a minimum of 11.5k per year (35 hours per week at national minimum wage) for benefit calculations. Your wife will have to work too and earn at least minimum wage per hour (unless you increase your weekly wage to cover the money Universal Credit requires her to earn).0 -

There won't be any Tax Credits; they are being stopped. There will only be Universal Credit.
Universal Credit is not an "umbrella". Universal Credit is replacing the following income based, welfare payments.- income based ESA;
- Child Tax Credits;
- income based Job Seekers Allowance;
- Income Support;
- Working Tax Credits
- Housing Benefit
If your Universal Credit is not taken into account for assessing maintenance, then perhaps that is because the governmnet are also talking about putting welfare payments on a card, instead of giving cash to claimants?RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

The children I have now were brought into the world because both parents were in love and both wanted them and had enough income to support them.
What kind of woman falls in love and want kids with a man who is showing blatant denial of his responsibilities? It's her I feel sorry for having such low standards.0 -

Probably because the 'new' family have been fed a pack of lies by the OP who has the traits of a fully functioning sociopath.0 -
Dannyneil, it is you, not your child, who should have been aborted.
