I've got a parcel that weighs about 12kg. I need it to go within the UK but must be able to have it signed for and insured for £200. Who is the best/ cheapest to use for this service?

how big is the parcel in length and width?
you could try www.postvan.co.uk or www.senditquick.co.uk or http://www.parcel2go.com/order.asp?service=uk
that might give you some clues

Im unsure wether they would be allowed, i would say you would get away with it if tou taped them really tightly together and maybe put brown paper over it so it looked like one really odd shaped parcel. but as it is just one parcel really with one address i would say yep.0 -
Pharos International are real cheap and use UPS.

You can use various discount codes with parcel to go - greasy palm provides one for 10% off, and you get another £1 back too if you go via greasy palm. Means you can ship 10KG to the USA for about £31 - unbeatable i think. Dont think they insure for £200 by default though.0
