Hi Everyone
I'm new on here but just need a bit of advice. I've just put in 10 claims of mis sold PPI and if I'm successful it'll be great. Most of my claims are to closed accounts that were settled in Dec 2007 due to my house sale. If I am successful my name on the account is different to now. I have been married and divorced twice lol. If they do pay out will they ask who to make the cheque payable to or will it automatically be sent out with the name on the account at the time?? I sent my letters last week, how long does it normally take to hear back from the banks etc?

If the accounts are closed, they normally ask for proof of name change , a copy of a [possibly certified] marriage certificate.

Thanks for replying so quickly. I don't have the marriage certificate as I got divorced and the solicitor kept it but I have the decree absolute
