uSwitch ?

I recently switched energy supplier from eon to Sainsbury's Energy using uSwitch. At the time I switched I am sure there was an incentive of half a case of wine, but after 6 months.
I have contacted uSwitch but they deny that I was eligible.It wasn't a deal breaker but I'm sure I was entitled to this "perk". How can I find out if there was a "deal" and that I just didn't imagine it?
