Gas and Water usage checker

Does anyone please know if there is a site or tool where I can try to work out how much 661Kwh of gas should cost and 9.85 cubic meters of water.
It is a long story but I was living in a flat, the management company stole the money that was paid for the utilities and a police investigation is ongoing, I have moved out and the new management company cannot give me the final bills as the police still have all the details.
I know it depends what tariff they used but I just want to get a rough idea of what the above readings should cost.

It looks like water per cubic meter is £2.20 ish so with sewage I think I owe about £43.34
and Gas is 4.5p ish per Kwh so I think I owe about £29.750 -
I'm puzzled how do you owe this money if it has been stolen by the management company? How did they steal this?Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.0

The owners and tenants paid the service charge and utility bills for 18 months but the utility companies were not paid, the police are investigating.
The new management company billed me for the service charge since I had lived there, I printed out my bank statements to prove I had already paid the service charge and was sent a revised bill.
The utilities are not so easy to get sorted out as the police are holding all the readings and the new management do not know how to use the software to take the reading retrospectively and remotely.0
