Good places to eat near Butlins Skegness - chinese / fish+chips / sunday roast

Hi all

We are off to Butlins Skegness on Friday thanks to Sun hols - we are self catering but would like to go out for one meal whilst we are there - maybe a Chinese restaurant in Skegness, or a good Sunday roast (must have lots of yorkshire puddings) also we will get Fish and Chips at some point so any recommendations for the best fish and chips in Skegness?

Salt's for Fish and Chips (on roman bank which is main road from butlins to Skegnesson the right hand side of road) has a small car park - either eat in or take away
Marine boat house (near to clock tower) for sunday roast - the yorkshire puddings are enormous.
There is a chinese (cant remember name though) on north parade skegness, that does a buffet meal. Directions from Butlins - along roman bank, turn left into Sea View Road, road then bends to the right and the chinese is just on the right hand side (large car park opposite).

Avoid the marine boat house the service is atrocious there we went twice and both times we were treated really badly. Theres loads of chip shops dotted about, cant remember the name but theres a nice one opposite the statue of the falling fisherman.
