Bannatynes membership

I wonder if some one can advise me on how I go about cancelling my bannatynes membership. I have emailed them but have not received a response. I wonder if they are choosing to ignore?!

I joined in January, I am aware I have to give 3 months notice, but can I cancel now if I haven't completed my 12 months contract?

Thanks in advance

Did you get a copy of the contract when you signed up, what does it say about cancelling ?

To answer either of these questions you really need to consult your contract.

Some contracts do not allow notice to be given until the minimum period is complete, but that may well be considered to be an Unfair Term.
