Chest freezer: John Lewis or Argos?

I'm having a dilemma about buying a chest freezer.
Argos has a Value chest freezer for 124.99 and I have a voucher to get another £20 off. It comes with a one year guarantee with the option of taking out a three years breakdown care policy at £44.99.
The John Lewis freezer is £179.99 (reduced from 199.00) with a three year guarantee.
I have never bought a large appliance from either store so do not know how easy things are to put right if they go wrong or what their customer service is like.
Which one would you pick and why?

The John Lewis machine is likely to be built to higher spec and to have better after sales service. I'd go JL every time.0

If you can afford it, go for John Lewis every time. Their delivery men are fantastic - and if there are any problems they are always helpful.0
