ppi claim

hi i have recently issued a form to reclaim my ppi insurance on bank loans through royal bank of scotland plc. I have not been with the bank for over 20 years so i was wondering if im successful with the claim how do they issue you payment is it cheque, direct to account .or any other means please advise.

    If your complaint is successful then they normally issue a cheque payable to the account holder of the loan at the time (in case it was joint or spouse).
