HI, can anyone help with how I go about claiming PPI on a northern rock morgage and personal loan??

Did Northern Rock sell you the PPI you are complaining about or did someone else?
Note that with mortgage PPI, you need stronger reasons than with loan and credit card PPI (unless you get lucky with auto payout).I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
