  • Congratulations Fred. As a matter of interest do you own a property and was / is there any equity in the property? In a similar situation myself and whilst there is some equity in my property the mortgage provider has said they would not release any equity (at 42months into IVA), Just trying to work out where I would stand if I followed your lead . . .

    You will however, be removed from the 'Insolvency Register' straight away.

    3 months after the IP has issued the completion certificate, I think. It will show as completed for those 3 months though
