    If the history of the poster's postings had been summarised as you had done, then it could be argued that they're not rational. However, pointing out that they're not rational due to having a mental illness is not on.
    I think it is a realism. You certainly cannot discriminate but if you are aware that the person has mental health issues and you can clearly see that there is illogical and irrational statements being made then you are going to be on guard about everything that is being said.

    However, the same could be applied to someone without mental health issues who is angry. They frequently type or write in a ranting style which can result in irrational and illogical statements being made.
