We phoned up to do our renawal got our paperwork through and on monday no money appeared in my account ! Apparently they terminated our account by mistake(they admited fault) and i now have to wait till 16th sept for next payment!!!!!!!!! Help????? How an why are they allowed to do this nobody seems to be able to help

It seems that they made a mistake, which they have acknowledged and are working to put right. Do you have no other income? You could ask for an interim payment, and if they are unable to do that, contact your council about crisis funds and/ or a referral to a food bank.0
