Anyone know if you can change or delete an order placed with Ebuyer through google checkout ?
I’ve just stuck an order in (as it’s the last day for the £10 deal) and I’ve somehow gone an ordered an ATX motherboard and a Micro ATX / Baby AT case !! (on separate orders to get the tenner off each).

I guess that much depends on if you logged in to eBuyer before placing your order via Google C/O. If you did you should be able to cancel via eBuyer Website.
If you didn't, I doubt that you can cancel, only by ringing e buyer tomorrow, but then you will probably lose the discount.;)0 -
You can access the login details that ebuyer create for you when you buy via google checkout by putting the email address thjat you used in relelvant space and ticking "forgotten password" Ebuyer will then email username and password and you can access your orders through "my account" with these0

Tried that, it says I have 'no open orders' ? I've dropped them an enote and emailed them from google checkout (and ordered a new, more expensive board that'll fit the case). I've stuck everying on saver delivery so there should be time to sort it out with them...0 -

http://checkout.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=65879&ctx=siblingCan I receive a discount more than once from the same merchant, or across different merchants?
We monitor purchases to protect buyers and sellers and operate a reasonable use policy. Your purchases should be for your personal use only and not for resale. You should not place multiple or split orders with the same merchant in order to artificially increase the total discount received.
Google may cancel suspicious orders, or in some cases close the accounts of either buyers or merchants that it suspects are using the promotion unfairly.
P.S. Seems the £10 off £30 is still working today!- = I also recognise the Robins and beep for them = -0 -
I think you need to be careful with this:

Hooo, I think I might have a bit of a problem then, I have to admit I ordered 8 items on 8 orders !!! To be fair, there's a comment on Hot Deals from someone saying that, thats the way to do it...
But, I have had confomation mails on all of them (from Ebuyer and Google checkout), and a 'we've just shipped' mail on one item this morning and even that one doesn't show as an order on the Ebuyer site ??0 -

Well, it did work, I've had an email from Google CU saying 'don't do it again' but the orders have all cleared and payment taken...0

I tried to cancel an order which I had paid for using Checkout by sending them an email from the Google site.
It didn't work and the items were delivered.
I phoned them and they told me that Google make up an account name and password for you. I gave them the Google order number and they gave me the details and told me to log in with that and use the normal returns procedure.
I can't say if it works because I was so busy I didn't get round to it. Probably too late now.0 -
I put load's of order's in just over £30 and it worked for me, I have saved over £200 with google c/o and know one said anything.
