Yes, I'm going to try this.
Have set up 3 pots - 1 for this - 1 for my £1 per day challenge - and another for doing the 52 week challenge in reverse (£52 first).
I think the first 2 challenges should be fine but the 52 week challenge will probably be too hard come Christmas time.0 -
£1 a day is a good idea too ted, i was considering that but i dont always have change, which is why i opted for the £10 a week. good luck216/2018 (make ££ in 2018)

Great idea, I'll give it a go as well. Might set up a direct debit as it'll probably be easier to stick to then.0

This is a great idea! It's so easy to spend £10 on rubbish anyway, so much better to save it.0

I usually do my "big shop" on Saturdays so I intend to spend £10 less than my budget in order to save the £10.0

I'd like to join you if that's okay, I've just saved 20 pounds a month off gas and electric and I'll make up the rest by cutting back on food shopping.0
