Fixing Ikea hinges

Any thoughts on how I might fix these kind on hinges? The screws have torn out the wood so they won't hold if they go back in. Because the hinges are levered I wouldn't have thought I could replace it with a normal hinge. Any ideas?

Three choices:
1. Move the hinge up or down but you'll need a hinge hole cutter to prepare the door.
2. Glue the hinge into the hole in the door and forget the screws.
3. Fill the screw holes with an epoxy resin filler then redill pilot holes and rescrew.
or a mixture of 2 and 3.

The hinge hole cutter KS refers to is called a "Forstner" bit.

Drill and dowel the screw holes. This may fit. http://www.diyshop.com/kitchen-cupboard-door-repair-kit-2047-p.asp0
