Its been over a week since I purchased a pair of boots from Oxygenshoes.co.uk however when I received the boots and tried them on they were to tight around the calf. After a humming and harring debate I decided I wanted to return the boots so I emailed the company to say I wanted a refund and can they attach the relevant document so I could send the boots back. I have sent 7 emails and I have heard nothing. Im very upset as I now have a pair of boots that don't fit and I upset they have constantly ignored me. Help what should I do now.

Under Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days, starting with the day after delivery to advise them that you wish to cancel the order.
Make sure you send an email stating that you wish to cancel the order within that timeframe.
That's the important time dependent bit done.
Now it's just a case of getting them to refund your money and getting the goods back to them.
