parking eye parking charge

I received a charge notice from parking eye for parking in a car park for 5hrs and not buying a ticket, I checked the ticket I bought and it was my fault for entering a wrong digit of my car reg, I wrote them a letter explaining this with a copy of the ticket and have since received a second parking charge notice today and am wanting to know what my next course of action shud be

    You should repost or have this moved to the Parking Tickets Forum - there is plenty of current advice on seeing-off Parking Eye in there.
