Need a really secure website

Hi all
I have an idea for an online business but would need a REALLY secure website (talking bank type security). I have no idea how to do this so would need to buy the service in to build it. I think it would be cloud based (sorry to be vague but don't want to say what it is at the moment).
Where would I go to get this set up / built? How would I know the computer company was secure themselves and is it likely to be very expensive?

If you want it to have the security of online banking, you would probably need to employ a full time security team. So yes, it will be expensive.0

Bank level security requires a dedicated TEAM of people to provide it, and we're not talking a bunch of $2 offshore kids or fresh students either. Big companies like Foxtons (just leaked over 10,000 passwords) get this badly wrong by cutting corners.
Simply put, that level of security needs special skills and lots of experience. Security isn't an add-on, but designed in from the ground up. 'Cloud' reduces security by and large as you're not controlling the hardware or monitoring the environment. If you *really* need that level of security, then you really need a financial backer who also has experience in the sector and can get in-house experts to help supervise the set-up. We're not talking 'Dragons Den' money (or skills) here.0
