PPI refund success and two failure

Well now I'm puzzled! In 2001 I took out a personal loan with PPI over the phone with my building society, I took out a new loan repaying the old one with PPI again in 2003, did the same again in 2005.
Now 2 months ago building society write to me saying they believe I was missold in 2005 based on the fact I had not been told I wouldn't get a refund of premiums if I settled early. OK yes I wasn't, they offer a settlement, I agree, lovely. Then I sort out all paperwork for the three loans, paperwork is identical in wording so hey! I must have been missold in 2001 and 2003. Write a letter explaining, they call me and ask a couple of questions and then I get a letter today saying that I am not entitled to a refund as it was sold correctly and the premium is listed on the loan agreement. Puzzled!

Write back to them and let them know that all these loans were consolidated and Single Premium, ask for them to look again at the first 2 loans as when you settled the first loan you paid the remaining PPI back after the rebate for early settlement, in the settlement figure, the same applies to all 3 loans, ask them for the remaining PPI that was paid back by you at settlement of the 2nd loan that went onto the one they have just redressed.0
