Who can I tell?
A private property owner near where I live has allowed the shrubs in their front garden grow towards the footpath so that they are now obscuring the line of sight around a bend, for vehicles emerging from a road junction. Who should I report this too? Please could anybody advise me.

Council Highways dept - if its bad enough they can insist it gets cut back (or in the last resort do it and bill the owner)Adventure before Dementia!0
