Hope someone can point me in the right direction
Many moons ago I found a website that gave stats on avearge times to reach a sale and average nuber of viewings before a sale on a postcode serach basis?
has anyone used this site , does anyone have link please

Pop the postcode in and halfway down the results page there are a few little boxes that tell you number of viewings and the sale to asking price ratio. It looks like they've reduced the amount of info from what they used to provide.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
