Update: At 1910 this evening my phone arrived.

Could have gone to work afterall so that was a bonus.
  • Good luck with Ebuyer...I only hear bad things about them!

I used to use Ebuyer an awful lot in my PC Building/Selling phase.
The best I ever got following a failed delivery was free delivery next time.

City Link (assuming thats who they still use as the main provider) are simply awful.
  • Ebuyer must have changed their policy since I last used them. This is going back maybe 5 years now, I ordered an item(not expensive, maybe £20+) but put a note on the order to say I was going on holiday the following week so if it wasn't going to be delivered by a certain date to hold the delivery.
Well it didn't turn up by the time I left so when I returned I called them up and was told it had been delivered to a neighbour and they gave me the name of the signature.
I simply told them I had left specific instructions regarding delivery and I didn't know of the person who had signed for it.
I received a no quibble refund.
