I had a JJB / Duet card which then became JJB/Creation ? which I took out in about 2003 ? After a spell of missed/lower payments then cleared in full Nov 2011 (£3000 ish of which a lot was charges etc and MAY have included PPI.)
Being public sector when other loans/cards were taken out has so far reaped 2 from 2 successful claims without any questions.
Wrote to them 2 weeks back (recorded) to ask if the account had PPI attached to it. Got this address from this site.

Been returned as ''addressee gone away'' Anyone got the new address please - thanks. Is there a snag with date it was taken out being 2003 ?

My wife has a Creation Card from the mid 80's. As part of a "sorting out" of her finances we contacted Creation to ask about reclaiming charges and PPI. We had to go through the financial ombudsman to get any where. They are an absolute bunch of b#@;^%*s. They don't reply to letters, if they do they are rude. We got about £600 back in late payment fees. They never did explain why there were sometimes 4 lots of interest charged on one statement even after the ombudsman wrote to them.Total claimed so far....over £40k! All for friends and relatives, who needs claim companies when we've got Martin!0
