    Having already had £1k for the BBQ (which I assume was ok?) plus £75 for the glasses they didn't supply plus they sold your guests much more drink than expected (so lots of unexpected profit there) I'd be amazed if they took you to court for effectively £150.

    I'd go with post #16 and let them whistle.

    running a mobile bar is easy & profitable, turn up on time with enough staff, bring clean glasses, bring more alcohol (10-25% more) than you think you'll sell, leave on time & take your rubbish with you.

    It's not rocket science and if they tried to screw the last £1 of profit out of it by cutting corners with staff/stock/preparation then if they come unstuck they need to see a downside
