Ford Fiesta failure

My Fiesta bought 2008, experienced misfiring 2009,2010. Went into Agent 2010, twice under guarantee, could not find fault. Registered fault with Ford Customer Care. 2011, 2012, misfiring getting worse. 2013, engine faulters, warning light, computer code states injector fault. 18,000 miles only. Into Agent, replaces 1 injector, cannot explain why it should have failed so early: should last 60,000 miles plus. Engine still misfires. 1000 miles on, same again. AA relay back to Agent - Agent actually pays all costs by enrolling us with AA - injector code failure, suggests replacing rest of set of injectors. BUT the leakage tests showed injectors OK. Engine still misfires. AA man had said he did not think it was injectors, thought it could be electrics. Week later, more but different warning lights. Back to Agent, replaces relay. No more problems.
1. Having reported fault to Fords within warranty, firmly stated we were not happy, now repeatedly speaking and writing to them, they are denying all responsibility under Sales of Goods Act - fit for purpose and lasting a reasonable time - for the injectors, failing at less than 20,000 instead of 60,000 miles. Stupid letters from a supposedly high up clerk from Customer Services, "Unfortunately, without diagnostics indicating a fault, engineering assistance is not possible" - where do they get such illiterate people from and why do they employ them? - utterly senseless letters. Only action now is Small Claims Court.
2. Have partial reports from Agent showing leakage tests, and computer codes stating electrical problems. No report from them stating they even checked electrics back when the car first went to them, or even since. If the injectors were not at fault, then the electrics were at fault. They should have checked this every time, but doesn't look like it. Now have to show they did not do the job properly: it should have been flagged that injectors should not have failed, and it could be something else.
Comments please. Would really like to name names within Fords and the Agents to show utter incompetence and non-existent Customer Care.

Do you know if ignition components been checked like spark plugs, leads, coil packs? Compression tests as well.0

Sit in the car start the car, take the key out and touch it on your head and count to 30 to set the transponder / immobiliser (has to be away from lock barrel with doors opened and unlocked)
Put the key in and turn to position before lights on dash come on (steering lock undue) .
Hold mileage reset button for 5 seconds keep holding and start engine whilst holding the button let go when the dash needles fly round
Dash will now check itself and reveal any dtc problems between the panel and the ecu.
Press the mileage reset to scroll through each test and reveal stored dtc codes.
If there is any fault in the dash or cam and crank sensors and they are renowned for it causing misfires it will show up.
This is how one of over 30 hidden from code reader dtc codes are shown including problems with cam and crank sensor which do not show on generic obdii readers for some reason.
report any dtc codes from the dash clocks .
Ford do not like you knowing how to do this as it makes their dealers a small fortune.Be happy...;)0
